If i could give 0 stars i would. So disappointed with building with Frenken homes. Firstly took them months to actually start building once land was titled. Gave me rusty hinges and when i told them that said they can paint it which i said no to. they cant even fit a door on properly so i have a new home that i will need to spend money on to fix as they were telling me it was normal. Plus paint work has lumps through alot of the house. Didnt get my hot water solar panel.Would highly not recommend frenken homes.

Everything these guys say is completely misleading. They "will" say anything to get you to sign the papers and all. My parents made the mistake trusting these people once and our home was sooo poorly build that it was practically unfinished. Gas pips, water pipes, electrical lines were not fitted in correctly.

We built threw Frenken homes last year, Dominic was fantastic from day 1. I said I would never build. As I work in home finance I have heard every horror story imaginable. I am however so very happy that I changed my mind. You guys made the process so easy, we felt completely confident every step of the way. Every question we had was answered quickly and Dominic always made himself available at times that fitted in with our work schedules. As a result we were handed the keys to our perfect family home in November 2016. We have been in our home 9 months now and have had no issues at all. We wouldnt change a thing and should we ever build again the choice will be very easy. Thanks guys 😊
