The staff at elite are approachable, friendly and extremely helpful. They helped my partner buy a new computer and gave us an awesome price and lots of information. They also never pressured us to buy any thing, just simply gave us the information that we needed and let us make the decision. When we broke our old computer they fixed it very easily and efficiently. Also if products are unavailable or out of stock they are able to order them in.
A couple of honest computer hereos that won't hurt your wallet. We have been here a few of times for our computer check ups. Our desk tops and lap tops have all been patients here. Located right opposite to Cranbourne Police Station. Shop is nothing fancy. Just a couple of tech guys, some equipment & over flowed computers. What you need to know is, these guys are honest. They are not going to do anything unnecessary. If it is not performing ideally, they can successfully pinpoint the problem and make it all better. Here is the thing. Our computer's were running slow. They were able to speed things up. We needed to reinstall programs, they were able to do it. We needed memory, they had it.
Just love this shop. Quick and easy service, they listen to your needs, get the thing done your way at a reasonable price! Service that no one else can beat!
Amazing team of people. Especially John was brilliant in his recommendation on a new notebook. He didnt try to sell but provided information so that I would definitely obliged to buy from them. Keep up the great customer service. Very credible IT specialists!
Elite computer is a wonderful place and I’ve had many electronics fixed from this place for example a laptop with the screen completely broken, fixed and now works perfectly or a gaming computer which we got at a great price and it works incredibly and is one of my favourite things. If anyone decides to get a computer built for them they should always contact Elite Computer Friendly Staff, Great Service, Great Computers and Excellent Repairs Elite Computers got it all.
Had problems with our Mac computer grinding to a halt. Bernie gave me the solution and it now fly's!!! like a brand new one. Job was done on time, great price and professionally. Recommend highly. This was just after the storms came through and caused a major water leak not there fault, BUT didn't stop these guys and provided excellent service. Thx Elite!
Have been dealing with Tim at elite for a number of years. Have found him knowledgeable and very helpful. He is also an ethical and honest guy to deal with and his prices considering he is a small shop are very reasonable. I have recommended him to others and they were just as happy as me.
