Parked hear for the day. Lots of traffic and nearby building noise. May be quieter at night. No dump station and no toilets, only 1 rubbish bin and this was full as. Pleasant outlook onto sports fields
Quite, except for fireworks at 11pm nearly next to the Van. Luckily my dog is deaf she would have gone through the roof otherwise. No dump at this spot. Easy to walk in town from here.
Pretty terrible spot, was loud and had people drinking and being loud all night. Did not feel safe here. There is only one sign which doesn't provide very accurate information for campers. We tried to find the dump site based off the info on it and couldn't. waste of time. the locals dont seem too happy about freedom campers here as well.
Nice quiet place just off main road Few trucks going past but didn't really hear them
Flat tar-sealed bitumen roadside parking space adjacent to easy access grassed sports playing fields. Water tap across the road. Two minutes walk to public toilet, New World supmarket and public library with free WiFi. Parked at edge of main town centre by-pass road. Adequate street lighting. Cafes, bakeries and town centre easy walk from parking space - or 20 second drive.
Quiet place at Monday night. A dump station is not located this parking area. 1~2 min drive the other side of road. We needed time to find it.
Flat spot for overnight ING, but very busy with locals visiting the park
Unattractive dirty gravel Park. Bins overflowing, and takeaway wrappers all around them, almost surely from locals, and Council clearly not looking after the place.
When you're on holiday freedom camping is the best way to save on the costs of hotels and motels and alot of these areas have 24/7 toilets recommend these camp sites
A good place, toilets and dump station, great supermarket, and coffee shops nearby...
