Franky and Joanne went above and beyond to help me and my family of 4. After speaking to them about the most i could afford they worked with me to give me a car that was not only suitable for us but perfect! We did have a bad battery but as soon as I spoke with Frank and let him know they fixed it the next day with no questions asked. Thankyou guys so so so much I absolutely appreciate everything you've done for us!
I bought a car from Frank about 2 months ago, he was extremely helpful and friendly from the start. He gave me an amazing deal on a car which I couldn’t turn down, my car needed a minor repair a few weeks ago and Frank fixed it straight away without any hesitation. Highly recommend !!
Bit dodgy. At first Franky does seem honest and friendly but don't be deceived. He agreed as part of the sale to fix the dent on the bumper bar however, reneged and denied that he agreed verbally to this inclusion. I'm now worried about the warranty. Oh and check for hail damage!
I found the service very professional and it was amazing experience overall. All the staff were very kind and helpful, especially Frankys , with his patience and ability to diagnose my car's problem in less than 30 mins. Frankys congratulations on employing, training and managing this awesome team. I strongly recommend to anyone who's in the market for used cars.
Frank seemed really rude to me and my partner. I asked him about damage to the car and he said he could fix it in 3 weeks snd we can receive our car. After 3 weeks I found there was no work even done to the car. Don’t buy from here
Franky is a top bloke, extremely helpful. He knows his stuff. Excellent service, free courtesy car during repairs, very cheap car rentals if need a car temporarily, easy to deal with. You can almost take advantage of his generosity​
Most honest mechanic I've ever met! single ladies take your car to Franky without stressing that you'll be ripped off Can't recommend Franky enough =Top bloke!! Update 15/12/2020 Have continued to take my car to Franky for any service repairs and tyres etc and no other mechanic can even compare to the rates Franky’s A1 car sales offers! Since only exclusively using Franky to look after all my car needs I’ve not only never had an issue but saved a small fortune since being a single woman I was always getting ripped off and over charged And I now refer all my lady friends who also speak highly of Franky and the great customer service and quality he provides- Think old school mechanics who didn’t over charge and who’d come pick you up if your car broke down and help you to get it started!! Can’t speak highly enough about this bloke! Cheers
Would not recommend them to anyone! Problems since purchasing the car in May, they provide a “3 year warranty” Have waited almost 3 months for them to carry out repairs after several requests, and I’ve had no choice but to take the car elsewhere for repairs, at my own expense Don’t offer a service you cant fulfill
Known Frank since he owned the milk bar around the corner from my house hes a top bloke with heaps of generosity. Rented a VX Commodore off him for 4 months and brought my VZ SV6 off of him which is a great car. Good service, friendly and good prices. Theres nothing Frank and this business wont do for you, they were even vaccuming my car out when it was pissing down rain to ensure it was clean. Glad I came across these guys and looking forward to doing business again soon.
Frank and his entire stuff are very professional and very welcoming and the best of customer satisfaction given with what ever types of car needs you need, to car sales on site, Mechanical shop, car rentals, lot's of options and all in one, super happy with everything A+.
