Worst customer service. Actually there is no customer service. These people share rhier space with toyota. Including the staffs. What a pathetic experience we had. Staffs were literally showing faces to each other when a customer is waiting to be served. This is like a kid within a foster parents family. Harry potter brand. Exactly how Harry was treated within his uncles family incomparison to thier kid. Footscray branch was very good. Very responsive and well invited.
