I found that the staff and management went above and beyond to deliver customer service.  They had no obligation to deliver a rug I ordered over the phone but did so anyway as a family member happened to be travelling in our direction (hours drive by the way!).  It is refreshing to encounter that decent, country attitude of "how do we make it happen?" rather than " our policy says no - we can't make it happen!".  Thank you for your amazing service - you saved me a long drive with the kids!  Very happy to recommend Focus on Furniture Shepparton

Two days before my wife gets back from five weeks away I decided to surprise her with a new lounge suite , it should have been impossible as stock had to be brought in then delivery and so on.
The store manager Micheal bent over backwards to make it happen including arranging the lounge while I picked up my wife from the airport, thanks heaps--and the prices are great with good quality
