I waited for the bed for 8 weeks and the bed head was delivered damaged. Hayley, the Shepparton manager insisted I should assemble the bed MYSELF even though I insisted I will pay for the assembly of the bed. What a shop manager, she wouldn't do anything for a paying customer. And now, god knows when is the bedhead replacement coming What a manager, I don't know what to think about her service.
