The staff are so incredibly kind, reassuring, accommodating and patient. I travelled all the way from Emerald, over 60km away, especially for their excellent service. The warm, friendly reception team not only answer your phone calls, but sort out all sorts of things. They all work together so well to ensure the most pleasant experience possible. 5 stars plus! +
I had a terrible experience at this service. I called to book an MRI service here. The staff asked me to send a referral from my family doctor, I did so. I waited 2 days without any contact, I called, and they told me to wait. I waited 1 week later, until the appointment day, my family doctor came to see the results, but I said I couldn't do it because no one contacted me, then the doctor advised me to book directly. And when I went here , the staff checked and saw my information on the system, but for some reason no one helped me to booked , then she helped me do it the next morning day . And this morning, when I finished the MRI scans , while I was in the changing room, a rude man pulled the curtain, while I was naked , and he said he thought his mother was in there, his didn’t ask be4 his pulled the curtains . I don't understand , why the staff here, why they did let a man freely check the changing room in such a rude and impolite manner. Until now, I am still haunted by that man's actions and eyes
Exceptional Service, but Parking Needs Improvement - 5 Stars for FMIG St AlbansnnRating: 5/5nnI recently visited FMIG St Albans for a laboratory test, and I must say that the staff who performed the test provided exceptional service. They were friendly, helpful, and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. Their professionalism and expertise were truly commendable.nnHowever, I have to mention that the parking area left much to be desired. It felt like a dungeon, with dim lighting, dirtiness, and an overall sense of unease. It was not the most welcoming environment, and it definitely detracted from the overall experience.nnWhile I cannot fault the staff for this issue, I do believe that improvements could be made to enhance the parking facilities. A well-lit, clean, and secure parking area would greatly contribute to the overall positive impression of FMIG St Albans.nnDespite the parking situation, I am giving FMIG St Albans a 5-star rating because the quality of service I received from the staff was exceptional. I highly recommend their laboratory services and commend the friendly and helpful nature of the staff.nnNote: This review reflects my personal experience and opinions, and your own experience may vary.
My appointment was at 9.45. Although busy the receptionist signed me in I paid and waited 10 min got called in. Very professional MRI scan. Would go again.
Services is not good one girl was so rude doesn’t know how to service the patient she doesn’t say thank you and no please. Expensive and rude services
