I wish i could give zero rate, very rude staff at reception when i called to make a phone appointment for my dad ,she asked about D.O.B, i told her his D.O.B then she told me i don't understand and hung up on me !!! I called again to confirm the phone appointment, she said i can't guarantee that time the doctor can call you any time, i asked roughly if she knows around what time to let my dad expect the doctor's call, she hung up again!!! What a ridiculous and extremely rude staff!!
Rude staff at reception. It was too cold outside after raining and freeing wind coming inside and I asked if she can close the maindoor which she arrogantly said no. Charge 10 dollars for appointment after 6PM.and doctor was late. I waited 45 minutes and approached the reception who was busy on phone and no customer services said "you can see doctor when he will park car outside ". I said are u serious how gona I see the doctor when I am coming here first time?. Worst clinic. Rude and idiot Receptionist needs counselling. I cancelled appointment after this rude behaviour and 45 minutes wait. Never going there.
Dr.Mary Zaky is a very knowledgeable and caring doctor. Always worth the wait. She does attend to every patients needs.
Dr Sam Yassa is a very professional and caring GP who is always thorough with medical examinations..take note of the word ‘caring’.. hard to find these days!!
Friendly staff. Dr Sam Yassa is a great doctor! I won’t see any other doctor. when I make an appointment they allow me to call in advance to check on the queue time and tell me to come in later if necessary to avoid waiting.
Made an appointment had to wait over an hour to be told that the Doctor couldn't persribe my medical treatment nor assist me anywayshape possible waste of time never to return
The Indian girl who came to do the blood test with my husband today had a bad service attitudeshe slammed everything to the table she even threw the wire at my husband's feet while she was doing his physical. A reluctant attituderudeness service. If you can't do your job, you can quit. Don't be angry with your patientsThe lady in receptionist was very good, but the attitude of the nurse who took the blood test made us feel terrible!
I had the First two Covid Vacs,at this Clinic and I am due for the booster. The Reception and the Service was Excellent for the First two. I had No Problems whatsoever getting a booking for My Booster Shot. Again the Recepionist was Excellent. Thank You St Mary's. Doing a Fantastic Job.
Rude receptionist, Asked for my name . When i told her she replied with "are you sure?" When i replied with yes thats my name, she hanged up.
Worst clinic - do not even bother. There are so many better clinics in St Albans. Receptionists are rude and they obviously don't want to be there - to say they are the most rudest, monotone and blandest people I've ever met is seriously an understatement. Would never go back here. If I could give 0 stars I would.
