Excellent service provided by Rob at FlyPark. When I turned up I just missed the earlier shuttle by a few minutes, Rob was patient to me when I asked the next available shuttle. As soon as he returned he offered to take me to the airport without any wait time at all. The owner has a great and positive personality which makes the trip easier! They are professional and reliable, I highly recommend FlyPark!
Absolutely fantastic service from Anthony on pickup. Our flight had been delayed 2 hours but Anthony was still extremely cheery and professional at pickup from the airport and we would absolutely use the service again.
I've heard that business sufferers when you're understaffed, and I experienced it firsthand. What a lovely bunch of lads but I just had to smile after the experience. I might even use them again just to see how they're getting along because my previous experiences were quite good. I'll check that they have enough staff and that their key retrieval system is working as it should
Shuttle to airport was fine however pickup was absolutely unprofessional being sworn by the driver who did not arrive at airport until an hour later. Driver proceeded to accuse me of wrong info although booking was done through a travel agent. The manner and conduct was appalling. I will never recommend their services to anyone!
Amazing staff and services! I use to use park n fly but they are well over priced now! I will never use another place, these guys at fly park work realy hard and long hrs, and they have alwayse been good to me, they alwayse have a big smile on there faces! My car has alwayse been well looked after, it's a new 2022 one and I was alwayse shy to leave it anywhere, they keep it nice and safe for me! Please try these guys out, you won't be disappointed, even check out there prices and go from there. See you guys next month!
When I was calling around various carparks asking about availability, it was the friendliness and helpfulness of Anthony which stopped our search and we decided to use flypark. When we arrived, the handover was easy, the shuttle was within 15 or so mins of arriving, our bags were loaded into minibus and even at the airport, we were dropped off by the trollies and our bags loaded. Very lovely, helpful and cheerful service. Shall most definitely use flypark again. Thanks heaps guys, 5star!!

Ive used Flypark for well over 10 years now with no issues. Last night at 2am I was picked up within minutes with my Ute all set to go even though I stuffed my booking times up and the flight was delayed by hours. Keep up the good work!
Exceptional service provided by the team at FlyPark. They were amazing and friendly to deal with from the beginning of booking online to being dropped off and picked up from the airport. They were quick and efficient to deal with and arrived promptly at the airport to pick me up but the best part was them parking my car right next to the entrance door of their yard so that I didn’t have to go looking for my car in the middle of the night in the dark. Honestly best service you could ever ask for and most importantly their rates are so affordable. I paid $50 for 10 days! I will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!!!
Best place to park your car and fly. Affordable and has always been reliable. Rob has some awesome stories and is lovely. Great place. As always, I will be back :
