update: I left a message for the manager to call me. Used to be really good, but these days they only running one van. The vans brakes were on metal, very unsafe. Waited 40 mins.
I cannot praise this business enough. Staff were simply wonderful, so helpful and sunny, dropping me off to, and picking me up from, Auckland airport immediately. And I return to find they've put in both my steering lock and sunshade out of their own initiative. Most economical park and ride too!
A recent trip to San Francisco saw us using this facility. Very easy to book online and the charges were very reasonable. Friendly drivers & staff … especially the lovely lady who is mending the desk. Tatiana was friendly, efficient & easy to deal with. Aeroparks is my go to provider if I need short / long term airport parking. Highly recommend
Great service, great price & simple process. Parked my car, briefly stopped in at the office & then straight onto the shuttle. I booked my parking start time to be 90 minutes prior to my flight boarding time to ensure I was on time I would reccomend doing this as the driver may need to take a detour to pick up other passengers on the way to the airport.
Had an awesome experience with this company. They were quick in transporting us to their offices after hours and after a long flight They went above and beyond in helping us deal with a car rental issue. The service they provided was exceptional. We would highly recommend them.
Safe and convenient car park close to the airport. Price for parking is reasonable if you want to leave your car for extended periods. I left my car with them 3 weeks cost $244.00 including gst. You can get a quote off their on line website There is a free shuttle service to and from Auckland Airport. Staff are very helpful and obligingly friendly.
Very slow pickup times. Usually good service, but waited 45 minutes just to get to my car since calling for a pickup. My flight was only 45 minutes! Wouldn't recommend if you're in a hurry to get home. A shame as they were usually very good in the past.
I did a a review on Aeroparks. I thought better of it and decided to remove it. I would point out that the issue I had was nothing at all to do with Staff or my getting to and from the Airport, this all worked fine. I wont go into details at 78 just to old for hassles.
Really disappointing service after our small dog was attacked by an aggressive dog, the equally aggressive female staff member shouted at us and we ended up getting a taxi to the airport. We have used this service for over 10 years and have never experienced such disgusting customer service not only will we never use your service again but have also contacted dog control over your aggressive, unrestrained dog. Worried for children visiting this company.
Just got picked up this morning, got no welcome from the lady at the desk. I waited for over 5 minutes standing there for her to say "give me a sec". She was very blunt, unhappy was no help when i tried to ask her questions. I even heard other people saying the same thing on the shuttle about her. Very unhappy with the service. Do not recommend this place.
