Dropped our Tesla yesterday around 1pm. It was busy, the staff were curt at best. I left the keys and instructions to please plug the car in. It’s now nearly 10am the next day, I’ve ring three times asking why it’s not plugged in, first time I was told I didn’t request a charge untrue second time yesterday around 5pm I was assured it would be plugged in. Third time I was told it might be plugged in within the hour. The car has given me numerous warnings the battery is dangerously low and thus I’ve made numerous calls. It’s a pricey service, and a serious issue if my car gets too low. I’m disappointed and annoyed and confounded as to why a simple issue is so difficult to resolve.
Car not ready on time for 7:20-8am pickup causing me to miss a commitment, had to wait 20mins after arrival for it to come back from the groom shop. Booked valet not done though they had 3 days to do it!. Frustrating and a lost revenue opportunity for the groomers, not sure whether AirNZ makes a margin on that service. Last time I had the other car Executive Valeted with hand wax, they missed doing the roof panel too otherwise the groom job was decent

Terrible service at desk upon return. Left vehicle with them in immaculate condition with 'Deluxe Wash' ordered. Returned a week later to find dents in my door and scratches on panels, to which they told me they were already there when I dropped it off! Unbelievable!
Had a flat battery in the car park. They took my number plate and told me to raise my bonnet and wait for one of their team to come out with a jumper pack. I waited ages and then finally went back in to the lady at the desk who said to call the AA, no apologies for making me wait for the attendant with the jumper pack that was never going to arrive...
Very convenient and worry free. Not impressed with the personel at counter though. Both departing and returning, he had problems giving us attention, rather than reading the messages on his phone.
You really make this so easy, my booking went off without a hitch. I’d never use anything else now. Staff even showed how I could save money utilising the weekend special.

Returned to find dent and scratches on my new car. Emailed Air NZ no reply.
Did a fantastic job cleaning after rectifying a small error made earlier.
