they did not deliver on valentines day even though order was made and paid for days earlier but they decided to make a refund on the day of valentines without even any prior notice and they did not state the reason, very disappointed! they completely ruined this special day. try to avoid this company and go for a more respectful one.
apparently petals network is the company that runs flowers to perfection as they told me this morning after calling their glenroy florist shop wondering what happened and they don't know why it was cancelled out of the blue, neither does petals

Beautiful flowers and great service. I had an unlucky experience with a bad bunch of roses and Rena replaced them with a better bunch. Very happy and would definitely recommend.
