really disappointed, husband bought me an big boxed bouquet of roses, one of them was already drooped and floppy when he walked in the door (typical male not taking much notice thinking he was doing a wonderful thiing by buying in the first place) and 24 hours later there is only 2 out of the ten still left standing. will never buy from there again. i dont get flowers often so im bummed big time.

Placed a phone order for valentines day.  Roses were not dethorned, not fresh (and I mean as if they had been out in the sun for a few days), and the arrangement was not what I had asked for.  They were massively overpriced for what I received.  I will not even start with the customer service...

BOYCOT THIS FLOWER STORE..beyond horrific experience, the man behind the register was extremely rude, aggressive and verbally abusive, this man has potential to cause physical injury regardless of sexual status, stated the cameras were watching me and had an old lady as a witness. Tried to take money off of me more than once prior to showing me where the door is to leave empty handed. Not sure whether this man suffers from mental illness but surely has some sort of temper issue, shown by this man throwing and slamming down the flowers purchased on the bench infront of him. 
He must be referred to a rehabilitation agency.
