Great selection of flowers and beautiful fresh arrangements on display. Because it is open 24 / 7, for that added convenience, the pricing is quite high. If it's out of hours, by all means justified due to the lack of options. But for a regular day purchase, it's noticeably pricey.
HORRIBLE PLACE WITH TRASH SERVICE Bought a card and had to refund it 20 minutes after buying as a colleague had already bought it for a farewell gift, so I headed back to the store for a refund. They do not provide you with a FULL refund - as the consumer, you are expected to ABSORB the GST and they will only refund you the amount minus GST. What a scam. I've never encountered such ridiculous statement from any business. Never going back, flowers are too expensive anyway. ATO should do an audit check on these guys. Disgusting business behaviour!
Absolutely horrible business - BEWARE IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO REFUND ANYTHING even within 20 mins of purchase. Seems like they are conducting FRAUD and cooking the books. ATO should do a check on their records as this dishonest business makes the customers who shop their retail absorb the GST costs on refunds, which does not make any sense at all as we are not a business customer e.g. business buying from the business! Someone should teach this horrendous business some accounting 101. Never going back ever. EDIT: Look at the response from the owner and you'll know what sort of business you'll be supporting. Pathetic customer service.
Stop by here occasionally to grab a red rose for the love of my life. Something everyone should do as its a great lift for me and them. Sometimes life gets tough and a single flower can brighten a day.

Stunning flowers are really competitive prices! The late operating hours are great, but would swing by even when other florists are open. The arrangements, freshness of the flowers and service is amazing. Florist was super honest and didn't try to squeeze every dollar like some others might.
I don't know if they still do but they had a worker there named " Shaz", who would scam people by giving them the misperception that he is giving you a discount on vases Or any other item that doesn't have a price attached. What he would do , for example if the price is $20 , when a customer would ask for a discount he would say the actual price is $30 or any amount considerably higher than $20 , and he is charging you $20 , so then the customer would agree on the price on what he believes he got a discount. He might not be the only one doing it . Beware. Edit : The comment below of the business accusing me of giving false information is in itself false and unprofessional. I know for a FACT that this was happening. In February 2021 I applied for job there when they were open 24/7 . They had a man there named " Shaz " who not only did this Infront of me but encouraged me to do it if I was to get the job , he gave me the impression that this is how they operate . I have better things to do to then try to take down a business via Google reviews. However its worth noticing that this was happening past 7pm when the owner Tony wasn't there and had gone home as well as the florist themselves. I was told later that year , that particular individual stopped working there once they were no longer 24/7. The purpose of the review was to point out the act of that person and possibly could still be happening by individuals who might still be doing it , behind the owners and managers back and yes not everything there has a price tag on it . I am not saying the business at large is responsible as it could be happening without the manger and owner being aware . However I wanted to warn the customers that such a thing COULD happen on a item with no price tag and I would have expected some kind of investigation rather than accuse a potential customer of wrongdoing. I have no interest to give false information.
Outstanding service with an impeccable selection of beautiful flowers
Not a bad flower store at all! I got a beautiful arrangement for a reasonable price but I had to hunt around the store to find it, flowers lasted over a week and love that they're open 24/7!!
Always a good selection and wide variety of floral arrangements. Reasonably priced for the size of some of the larger arrangements.
