Someone walking into you store, who has no travel experience and needs your help for an over seas holiday and U just sit there looking blank? No interaction and no flexibility in what to offer.... Very crappy customer service.... Avoid this place as much as you can, I would definitely never go here again!!

I have travelled on Po cruises three times in the past three years. When organised with escape they were most helpful. One of the problems on board Eden and Po Jewell is the lack of gym machines and equipment. You can't do a good workout with broken or missing equipment.

We came over for around the world package deals for the family of 3.

Lady: will you pay for it now
Me: (thinking red flag, a sales person who is not confident that their deal is good and wants to LOCK IN).  I said yes.

Boss : you need to pay $200/person so we can look for choices.

Me: OK, that's double red flag. You want me to pay for a quote? I walked out, calling it pushy sales. I took the business else where. 

I pointed out he was not being truthful about his statement "nobody has ready made around the world deals". Hello you work in the industry and don't know that flightcenter and sta travel have such options on website? I'm not sure if it is ignorance or sneaky.
