Save your self the trouble and book your holiday elsewhere. Under trained staff who have no actual travel knowledge beyond their script. It ended up being more trouble than it was worth using flight centre werribee and we spent more time trying to rectify their booking than it would have taken for me to just do it myself.  We weren't given any options with regards to the type of seat, level of economy  & luggage allowance when we booked and it was only when we googled the airlines baggage policies when packing that we realised we were given 7kg under the standard. it took weeks of calls, calling the airline, sending emails and going back to the shop to get the correct tickets issued and then the Insurance policy was for the wrong country when we finally received it. As i said please do not waste your time using inexperienced travel agents - its not worth the stress.
