The consultant we dealt with at this store wasn’t clear with the T&C’s when we were leaving a deposit. The complaint process was also disappointing because they kept blaming their own customers! Obviously not heading back here for any sort of travel help! Head to STA instead for travel plans, at least they don’t try to rip you off.
