What can I say, if you want a hassle free, stress free holiday contact Jo Miranda! Jo has so much knowledge about global destinations, deals and things to do. I have never been disappointed with the service. Jo is prompt responding emails and makes sure you are prepared for your trip, she will follow up post trip to make sure everything went well. I cannot recommend Jo enough!!

Jo is my go to travel agent I have booked with her several times and referred friends and family also. I give her my dates and what I want she puts together a quote and I book. Jo is a true professional and super thorough I know I can rely on her. Great job Jo keep it up!

We’ve had an awesome experience dealing with  Jo from Brimbank flight centre. We’ve  planned 2 trips with Jo and both have been outstanding. She was knowledgeable and had obviously done her research to help make the most of our holidays.

After shopping around for my Eureopean flight, we went to flight centre Brimbank and were quite impressed by the service/experience given to us by Jo. She was reasonable with prices and always friendly and professional to deal with. She ensured my Mother who is in a wheel chair was looked after by the airline companies. She also ensured any query or follow up was done and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Jo has organised all my trips, all I give is my budget, my dates and my destination and I can enjoy a stress free holiday. Recently visited the team at Brimbank and was so happy with the customer service and attention to detail by Jorlann. Pretty much told Jo that it was a honeymoon/babymoon and what we wanted to do as a family. My family and I cannot wait for our Gold Coast trip, thanks to Jo as she has made it so easy to navigate the whole itinerary and we know we will have the best time and stress free  Will definitely visit Jo and Brimbank team again

Thanks to Jo we where able to change hotels in the US due to the one that we where at being so far away from the beach.. Jo was able to help us and get things done quick. The only issue was the time difference and Jo was still more than happy to assist

I recently booked my holiday with brimbank flight centre, they are the friendliest store in the area. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a great holiday or has had a bad experience with a travel agency in the past. Brimbank will look after you well and truly!

Cannot speak highly enough for Bronwyn at FC Brimbank, her professionalism and flexibility to cater for my upcoming trip was outstanding. Never before have I experienced this level of service at a travel agency. Definitely recommend going to see the guys at FC Brimbank, especially Bronwyn.
