I have been looked after by Leon at flight centre Highpoint for around 4 months now. I had a holiday planned which we changed 6x times. Leon was happy to continue to help. In the end plans changed due to work commitments and the holiday didn't go through. What I am trying to say is I waisted lots of time for poor Leon. He was still so helpful, friendly and understanding throught the whole process. I managed to book a couple of little flights from Melbourne to Gold Coast due to work but that was about it. 
I highly recommend Leon to anyone travelling as there was never an obstacle to big or small for him to handle. Just want to say thank you again for all your help Leon if only all customer service was at your standards.

Ha ha! What a joke this place is! I wonder are they real sales people. Last Friday I visited this place and never felt so uncomfortable and confused planning my holiday. Two phrases that got me out of the shop immediately when the agent said " this is the way I work" and "you have 15 mins to decide."  

That night no best deal would have stopped me walking  out of the store because what I really care for is good customer service. 

Thanks to the online world, the same night I booked my flight and Hyatt regency stay at Thailand. 

This was my first visit to this very flight Centre and was my last. Wish you guys all the best for future. Hope you get well soon.

Really expensive, was quoted roughly $9400 for a trip I could get online for $4600... Ended up getting it for $3500 by Brunswick Travel and Tour... The little guys are always going to try harder to help you out.
