Michael was absolutely incredible from the very onset. We were finding it very difficult to get to our puppy due to the central Victorian floods and had a very small window of opportunity in which to pick him up given the threat of more flooding cutting us off from the town where our puppy was. Michael was keen to help us immediately despite the challenging road conditions - even offering to pick our puppy up that night. Michael’s communication throughout the whole journey was truly second to none. We received a photo of our puppy once he was on board and updated details regarding ETA the entire journey. Michael checked our puppy’s microchip number on collection from the breeder and then showed us on delivery. Michael truly is one of a kind. I’ve heard wonderful reviews and he definitely lives up to the expectation! You will not be disappointed with Michael’s excellent level of care and wonderful service!  Thank-you Michael for all your amazing effort in bringing our puppy home. We’ll see you again soon no doubt

Thank you Michael for safely delivering our puppy. Michael sent me lots of photos along the journey and even put a blanket and towel in the crate for our puppies flight to make sure he was comfortable. Great service.
