Cons:
- Priced higher price airfares initially until I gave them flight numbers to price match which reduced ticket by $400-500.
- Provided incorrect information about Qantas frequent flyer points associated with Qantas travel partners.
- Provided incorrect information about checked baggage that doesn't need to be checked in again for connecting flights which I've learned was wrong once I was overseas in a foreign country.
