Pretty average stuff. I have used Flight Centre off and on for quite some time and this the first time I came away not feeling satisfied with Flight Centre branch.

Avoid at all costs. I have a gift card in my possession, and never scracthed the pin until the day I wanted to redeem. However, when I tried to redeem the card I was told that it has been used by someone else, whose identity is unknown to me. I was told by Flight Centre staff that they don't ask for a pin or any form of verification for that matter from someone who claim to have a gift card that is not in their posession, as long as they buy the tickets. When I asked where is the security? They simply answered there is no security and this whole thing is my fault, it has nothing to do with them. If I'm not happy with it I should contact the police. May I reiterate that I'm the actual card holder, I scratched the pin, which I assume was for security, right in front of a Flight Centre staff. How can their negligence be my fault? The only fault from my part is to actually trust Flight Centre to book my holidays and thought they would look after their valued customers rather than being so short sighted and money hungry to the point of actually encouraging fraud.
