Love the team at Flight Centre Cannon Hill. They've been so knowledgeable when I came in to book each of my trips. Knowing what rail pass I needed in Japan, which traditional hotel to stay in, they even have a staff member who speaks Japanese! When I came back to book a tour in Vietnam, they knew just the right tour company to fit my travel style (Intrepid). Just booked some flights around the world there for the next journey! Highly Recommended!

I dealt directly with Chris Critcheon as he came recommended to me. Why he was recommended I have no idea!! The hotels he recommended to us once we were in Bali were absolutely appalling, they had mould growing from the roof and walls, the showers did not work properly, the guest services spoke very poor and next to no English just to name a few of the things. If these are the services that Flight Centre recommend I will not be using them again! Not only that, but I was lucky enough to double check our reservations before leaving to travel overseas as there was one night Chris had not booked us in for any accommodation at all! We were going to have no where to stay in the middle of our trip to Bali! 
My mother then went on to book a cruise through Chris Critcheon and he revealed her travel information and guests she was travelling with to an ex family member!! Very poor customer service, and if I do believe so this violates the privacy policy that Flight Centre holds? WILL NEVER RETURN TO FLIGHT CENTRE.
