Courtney and her team at the Currimundi Market Place Flight Centre are a wonderful to deal with. Not only are they helpful, efficient and communicative, they do their job with a welcoming smile which always manages to make us feel appreciated and valued. Got no service from this store. Asked to talk to somebody about travelling to Thailand and I was told we're too busy at the moment make an appointment. There were 3 staff and I was the only person in there! I went online and put in the details of my trip and was told they would get back to me. A week later I got an email saying  they're too busy and can't give me a quote. Nice work people. Absolutely useless. Plenty of other travel agents in Caloundra who want my business so I'm going to someone else.

Arranged Sydney flights and car hire and accommodation. More than pleased with the standard and delivery of service. It's important that bricks and mortar stores have a convenience available to a Buyer which online does not. The staff here seem to have an exemplary service attitude which makes for effortless and stress-free flights, motels and hire car bookings within Australia.

Spoke to a consultant about a cruise. She promised to get back with details. Nothing. Called latter in day and had to leave message. Still waiting for them to call. Booked cruise through another agency who was able to give me all details straight away.

Courtney and her staff went way beyond to help me. So blessed to have them and I can recommend their services. General advice: Book in person - not online.
