HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Richelle and her team provided outstanding customer service to me. I had not used a travel agent in a very long time but with a lot of travel restrictions related to COVID-19 I trusted Suncity Travel with my booking. They managed to obtain a great connection for my Christmas flights to Europe and their advice was invaluable  during such uncertain times. The booking they made for me included travel insurance covering me for COVID-19 medical and other expenses as well as snow sports related accidents which suited my travel plans very well.  Thank you so much!

Can’t speak highly enough of Richelle at Suncity travel. She went above and beyond while searching for options and organising our trip in the middle of COVID 19 pandemic July 2021. Out of 6 other travel agents I’ve asked for help only Richelle was able to secure a flight that is not only reliable and actually flying it feels like 95% of flights are cancelled but also half of the price of other available options! Also with constant clear communication and availability to talk during emergencies it feels like you are well taken care of. I know I found my reliable travel agent for all my future travel plans. I have known Rosemary McTeigue for a few years now, having worked as Work Experience student for 18 months when I first met her,  but also having booked travel with her at Suncity Travel since then.  I have found her to be very professional but welcoming to all her clients and has heaps of knowledge and travel experience.  I have found the other staff at Suncity Travel to be very friendly and helpful too.  Would highly recommend them.
