Not to mention communicating with myself and my family in America different time zones and back and forth emails when booking the trip and planning the itinerary - but then whilst I’ve been on my holiday I have been able to email Angelique with questions and she has been very quick to respond. After many years of not using a travel agent, we decided to this time due to Covid19 and all the changes that have happened. We have had an excellent experience using Flight Centre and our consultant Jelly has been outstanding. Highly recommend Kawana Flight Centre.

We paid deposits for a cruise from Brisbane to Hobart and return on Quantum of the Seas departing 30th January 2023 with 1day in Sydney, 1day in Eden and 1 day in Hobart. We were notified the itinerary had changed and now the was 2 full days and 2 nights docked in Sydney. As we have been to Sydney so many times before, this did not suit us so asked Flight Centre for a refund or at the very least, a credit to rebook on a more suitable cruise. We were told Royal Carribean would not refund or credit our deposits even though "they" had changed the itinerary. We feel this is not the cruise we booked and should be entitled to a refund. I reached out to Flight Centre to see if they could help but the response amounted to "not our fault" We certainly will not use Flight Center again. Overall we feel robbed of our deposits and Flight Centre don't care.

Didn't call me back. Went to another FC and had great service.

Booked a business trip for flights only to China before the virus was known. Lots of hidden undisclosed fees to loose $630 from the refund. Will be booking directly with airline next time instead of Flight centre as i did with hotel and got a full money refund back. Flight Centre Kawana is slow in response, would not recommend. :-

I submitted an online enquiry with FC about a multi stop flight deal that took over a week to get back to me, so I went into Flight Centre Kawana to speed up the process and was aided by Georgia who was fantastic. She answered every query I had before I even asked it and ensured that we got our preferred seats on the flights we booked. Thanks so much Georgia!

Booked a very expensive USA trip and everything from flights, car rentals, hotels, transfers had mistakes and hidden charges. 2 no shows to confirmed transfers. Lots of hidden undisclosed fees and costs to pay along the way. So many issues and no support. Would not recommend.

Very helpful staff. Always a good range of packaged Holiday deals.
