Always go to Albany Flight Centre when booking any air travel other than routine A to B trips. Knowledgeable and facilitative staff, friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
Jessalie Owen and the Flight Centre Team were very helpful with the process and extremely patient, despite the many changes I needed made to the itinerary. I plan to use the services provided in the future for any travels I need.
Rep was arrogant. Refused book with airline I requested. Should of been a red flag. Wrote down my details then issued tickets with a different first name. Canceled the tickets obviously and wanted book myself online then lost money because I canceled for tickets issued in wrong name. Never going there again.
Friendly experienced staff. Special thanks to Rohin who always goes that extra bit to get the best result.
Donna was absolutely amazing. We had a lot of obstacles in our way COVID related , and she was always on top of everything with a back up plan for every circumstance. We could not have done it without her.

My husband and I have booked an American trip through Jessalie at Flight Centre Albany, Jessalie answered an online enquiry I submitted. Jessalie has been nothing short of amazing, she made the whole process so easy and uncomplicated and went above and beyond to ensure all of our needs were met. I cannot recommend Jessalie enough to plan your next trip.
