Quite disappointed by this company after they booked my 6 week hunnymoon in USA. We had to spoon feed them the whole way and they still managed to screw up multiple hotel requests.

Booking us in the wrong hotels and getting us rooms with 2x single beds.... on our hunnymoon. 

One hotel was so bad we had to check out and book into another hotel at our own cost. 

I am most disappointed with how they handled situations when we emailed and informed them of wrongful bookings....

They did not help in any way, nor did they apologize or fix any wrong doing. 

Quite bad service and next time I will do it all myself (I basically had to anyway).

Santo booked our honeymoon cruise around the eastern Med on Celebrity Equinox. We were very happy with his attention to detail and recommendations. Great service
