Extremely slack travel agent. I don't recommend unfortunately

Do Not Use Traveling around Japan and was booked to stay at accommodation in Osaka. Arrived at the address listed in our itinerary and found an apartment building. Contacted the 24 hour help desk and it took nearly 4 hours of pleading with them to try and find out where our accommodation was. It was 3 in the morning when we gave up and booked a room at the Hilton as it was the only hotel with any spare rooms. The next morning and a $400 bill later we got an email directing us to a $40 a night air BnB,, not our $120 a night hotel. Three weeks on and STA still cant explain what happened and they cant even provide the name and cost of the air BnB we ultimately stayed at, we had to find that by looking ourselves on Google

It was the luck of the draw, I called the STA central number from Sydney and ended up talking to Sam from this store -talk about good fortune. From the moment I told Sam what I was after, he was more than helpful. I wanted direct flights for my family for a trip to New York Las Vegas and LA for 6 people , all direct flights. I had some disapointment from another agent and was expecting to pay a premium for the flights. Sam took the details and asked if he could try and get a better deal, he had some tricks up his sleeves he said. He came back the next day and saved us over $4000!!! Talk about pulling a rabbit out of his hat. I couldnt believe it and snapped the tickets up. He obviously went to some effort and we are really appreciative of his efforts. What he didnt know was that our family had a sudden loss at the beginning of the year and this trip had special significance to us. I can't thank Sam enough and would say no matter where you are -call him up or send him an email. Excellent customer service couldnt be happier with his attitude.
