The lady at the desk was a bit grumpy the day I was there to pick up my car that costs $1700 cash btw. The mechanics are nice. One mechanic failed to fix a bigger problem but fixed the smaller problem that will later be the bigger problem because he thought I may not afford to pay the bigger problem bill which I replied " how do you know I cant afford to pay you" I was angry about his self assessment of me and yes the car is showing signs its going to break down. Thanks for putting a band aid on my clutch kit lol

Very professional and knowledgeable staff a pleasure to deal with. Took about 5 minutes to obtain an international driver's licence.
Took out house and contents insurance also have car insurance. The lady was so helpful and made it all so easy and the price of the insurance we were very happy with.
Charlotte at Mandurah RAC was extremely helpful and solved my problems. I will certainly go back there in the future.
Terrific. Pierre was brilliant. His service was brilliant. Nothing but 5 starr service from him. He handled our paperwork with aplomb and confidence. Nothing but praise for him.
RAC third party car insurance doesnt cover if the accident happens while doing Uber Eats. Just known today from RAC Halls Head store. The reason is food can be spilled during accident. How funny! Drivers are not playing any food throwing game. It's a car accident. That's why this insurance policy is being taken. So, where is the service when needed? And they are winner lots of awards. RAC policy makers need to grow up a lot!
Great customer service
It seems it's an effort to have to serve you! Awards on desk saying Service award winner . Ha they wouldnt have clue. Tell you one thing on the phone all changes when you go to the store . Disappointing ....all I can say.
