My 2 year old literally just stopped eating anything, and was constantly getting sick from daycare, I went and saw Julie and she recommended a whole bunch of stuff, within 24 hours my daughter's appetite has completely changed and is eating more than ever before. I frequently get tincture made up for my family and they work every time. Highly recommended seeing the girls here they know their stuff

Staff can be very rude When I asked a staff member to repeat the price on the phone she said I just told you no way to hold customers.
Whilst product range is good the Covid-19 safe practice appear almost non existent. Have a "Thank you for wearing mask" sign at door, yet only 1 staff wearing, even stacking fresh food etc. I think with a little care & thoughtfulness, you can do your bit to help keep us safe. The Health Order is on your side - allows you to refuse entry, but i guess you also need to lead by example.
Almost every single time I’ve entered this store the staff seem unhappy and bothered if I ask them a question. The last few times I’ve come in, the woman who served me was eating food behind the counter and chatting away to her colleague, started scanning my items without saying hello to me and proceeded to wipe her mouth while eating her snacks. I’m probably not the only person who doesn’t want someone dropping crumbs and saliva on the produce I’m buying, even though I’m going to wash it. It also seems like all staff are exempt from wearing a mask. I’ve also read the below reviews, and seems that many people agree. There’s no use in responding to this review to tell me to “come and talk in person”, it just comes across as aggressive, and you also seem rude over your responses. You have certainly lost my business.
Great selection of goods as for all Flannerys stores but I've always experienced poor customer service from the people working here. Never welcoming, never friendly and warm, never a smile EDIT: Hi! Yes I understand that with the masks, its only now that i am writing my review which covers the many times I've walked into your store before the whole mask situation. Also, wearing a mask shouldn't have anything to do with simply acknowledging and welcoming customers. A simple "hello!" or inkling of warmth would would be nice, especially when making a purchase, instead of what feels like a stare down or like i am wasting your staff member's time. Customers pay good money at your store, I just think there is a certain level of customer service that is justifiable. I just wanted to clarify this : Thank you!
Incredible range of health food vegan food and general health items
Apart from one or two exceptions, the staff here are surly, unprofessional and generally uninterested. This store has a real anti-vax/anti-science vibe. The fresh produce is generally low quality. For example, they sell avocados that don't ripen, and sweet potato with grubs in them. I'm looking forward to Market Organics opening.
Consistently rude staff every single time we've got in there. No greeting ever, horrible stuck up attitudes. Last time we're going in. Staff also reffuse to comply with QLD mask mandate.
Always an awful experience. Unfortunately this is the closest Flannerys to us otherwise we'd go somewhere else. My wife & I actually take it in turns to go in or wait in the car because it's such a pain to have to deal with the staff. Today was my turn, after navigating the store for 10 minutes filling up a basket I made it to the line for the check out. The line was much longer than normal and customers were leaving looking frustrated. When my turn came I was greeted with "do you have cash?". Cash? Who carries cash? "Aweeeee, soooooorryyyyy, our eftpos is not working todaaaaaaay". Okay, not your fault, but how about letting people know when they walk in the door? There's a staff member RIGHT THERE. I left empty handed, annoyed, but not surprised. Hopeless.
