Great range of healthy products supported by friendly helpful staff.
Staff are unwelcoming, and always chatting to one another. Takes ages to get served even when I’m the only person at the counter. Makes the shopping experience uncomfortable.
It seem the owners changed. Old stuff is gone. Some old man putting veggies out the second time I see him. The new young block on reception was has no experience and made me feel weird as he only stared at me. I don’t think I will be shopping here again.
Worst customer service from a guy he could not have cared less about me querying the price of an item. I said I will get the price off the shelf will that help, he goes no it wont matter. And did not even try to come have a look at what I was talking about. I should have said something in hindsight.
