Just recently moved to Penrith and was amazed by this aquarium store. Inside it looks very clean, the fish are lively and vibrant and there is plenty of unique rocks, stones and driftwood pieces. And plenty of plants to chose from. The strange thing about this shop is that one would expect high prices for equipment and accessories, but everything is either cheaper or on par with other retailers found online. And I visited several stores and had an extensive online search I ended up buying a big aquarium, filter, gravel, driftwood, rocks and other items from Fish City Aquarium yesterday. Finally, it is important to mention that the staff were professional, give advice and are not pushy. They are costumer focused and not sales driven. I can only highly recommend this place.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great customer service. Wide range of fish, plants and more. Healthy fish and well priced. Highly recommend Fish City for both fresh and Saltwater fish and the like
Customer service and knowledge were great. Even helped me take the new tank to my car as I had pram and toddler with me.
The cleanest aquarium shop I've ever seen. Just a joy to walk in and enjoy healthy happy fish. Really stunning, just a bit overpriced. I guess maintenance is included in price tags, hehe. But pleasure to walk around and enjoy looking :
The shop is good and has a very big variety of aquatic products. The staff do know their subject matter. Maybe it's covid that everyone is on edge, but customer service should still be a priority.... I did make my first aquarium setup purchase here, not sure if I'll return. Again, the shop does have good variety as compared to big box stores

Very rude staff. Did not enjoy my experience in this shop. I purchased a UV light, 10 fish and 2 snails. I should not have even bothered. There were a minimal of 4 staff on, 6 customers whilst I was there and they still didn't have the time for us. I had to go find one of them to answer any questions. Very poor
Jess is very helpful, polite staff i found. If you have any question or any problems about fish and tank she is best staff for it. Thank you
They have a great variety of fish, the lady was very helpful, very knowledgeable, and reasonably priced, so I will go back there again
