Love this shop. My go to place. Whatever I need they can get and the price is always good. All the staff is great but there can be a wait because they do get busy but that’s understandable. Fish are in good conditions. Buy with confidence. Also they post pictures of the fish and not just google images.

Traveled to the store because of positive reviews and word of mouth that I’ll receive the best service and most knowledgeable staff. We were ignored until we asked someone and were given the most basic information. It was as though it was a huge burden to the 3 workers to assist us, and when we asked questions they did not know the answers / and then were avoidant about finding the answers. They clearly didn’t want our sale (we came prepared to spend big on a large tank and accessories) and overall was a hugely disappointing visit. Shop elsewhere.

Great service. Not pushy or in your face. Experienced and down to earth. Hold large variety of aquariums and fish species. All in healthy condition. Fair price. Recommended over other 'posh' pet stores in the area.

Have been dealing with William from day one and he is very helpful whenever I drop in. Would love to see more odd balls in the live stock area.
