They started off very promising when I first signed my rental contract but now I realise they're just like any other real estate agent. I don't know how many times I've been told "I'll get back to you asap/tomorrow/soon" but a month later and my emails are just being ignored. They definitely uphold the saying NT: Not Today, Not Tomorrow.
