Having worked here I can now tell you the truth about this company and what happens behind the scenes. The customer service is not cared for at all by the principals, they laugh behind your back and the care level is zero. The property managers are so lazy! They never answer the phones, never come out to reception to meet their clients, and do not care at all about anything but taking your money and using you. Please do yourself a favour and find another agent, someone who sincerely cares about service and putting decent tenants into your investment, this company is not worth your services. 👍

I have been renting for over 20 years, and this is the first and only time I have ever had such a terrible experience with a real estate agent. We moved to this house to have a backyard for our baby to play in, as I write this, after living here 9 months, we have not yet been able to even let him outside. An asbestos shed held up by white ant ridden beams took 7 months to be moved, after we were promised it would be demolished before our move in date. This is after countless emails requesting its removal. Now, 2 months later, the backyard is still littered with asbestos shards and pieces of broken glass from the shed, despite the council environmental people declaring this yard a health hazard. I have never, ever felt so silenced, so unheard, and so victimised by a real estate agent - in fact I never have at all, before this experience. In the past I have gone to the effort of writing glowing reviews for agents managing our rental properties, this is the first time I have ever written a negative review for anything online.

Have dealt with this company over a few years. Very very well run real estate company offering a first class service for clients. Very highly recommended!

Rudest agent I have ever come across in Australia. The calls we make to reception  always go to the voicemail of the agent and she never calls back.You are losing a business.
