This organisation has been 'managing' a property of ours in Hobart. Since we are based in Sydney, we rely heavily on the letting agent to provide market knowledge with regard to value etc.
When the existing tenants gave us 6 weeks notice that they were not intending to renew the lease we felt comfortable that there was plenty of time to find a new tenant, particularly in Hobart where the vacancy rates are at record lows.
We were advised to increase the rent by almost 15% which seemed high, but like I say, we trusted that the professionals to know best. The house has now been vacant for two weeks with no tenants or open homes planned.
When I complained to the office manager she promised a big sign out the front of the house to help attract interest and suggested she send daily updates regardless of progress. This was almost two weeks ago and, as yet I have not received a single daily update without me chasing for one and I have been advised that there is NO sign out the front of the house. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

We were recommended Jacqui at First National Bellerive by our friends. I could not be happier to have taken their recommendation. Jacqui and Angela from the outset went above and beyond to provide service, advice and assistance to us. I showed my partner their initial correspondance when we were first shopping around for a property manager, and they far and away blitzed the competition in their thoroughness, effectiveness and most importantly knowledge of their area, tenants and their professional responsibilities. They were so friendly, before we even signed up they offered to help us with our pre-settlement inspection, and sent us a list of what to look for and what to ask. They seem to genuinely care about their clients. They have property maintenance issues fixed immediately with no fuss, at very low rates, and within two weeks of signing up had the current tenants (who were in significant arrears when signed over to us by the previous property managers), up to date.  I am thrilled to have chosen these guys. I feel cared for, safe and well-represented.  Great service!

The property management services have been fantastic and I would highly recommend the services of FN Elite. I live interstate and I have a rental property that is managed by FN Elite. They have gone above and beyond in terms of customer service even when I wasn't yet a client. They have been honest and extremely helpful so I feel confident my property is in good hands. I recommend FN Elite for those wanting a property manager they can trust and will go above and beyond.

Be very careful when thinking of working with this real estate. We had issues with our agent and when she then came to inspect our property was rude and had unbelievably poor service. She seemed the think she could bully us in to being happy with the property or her service and then once we mentioned we were wanting to break lease went out of her way to get rid of us so we wouldn't get out bond back. Worst rental experience my partner and i have had, will not ever go back to renting with first national. Poor service, poor tenant treatment, poor response time and poor contact with both tenants and owners. Beyond unhappy and very glad to be moving on to a different real estate.
One star was given because you are unable to give zero. Neighbours have also had problems with the agent.
