We have stayed here twice, both times in a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment is HUGE and very clean. Large well-equipped kitchen. combo washer/dryer. Outdoor gas grill. In a lovely location to boot close to the waterfront, and a short 10 min walk to Salamanca. Highly recommended. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. Only small minus is that the bathrooms don’t have warming so they can get a bit cold during the cold months.

One of several run by Sullivan's Cove Apartments, check in happens an adjacent building at 5/19a Hunter Street, IXL Courtyard, 1st floor  Quiet with a overlooking the old IXL Jam Factory Courtyard, we stayed in a IXL 2 Bedroom Executive Suite for several days over January 2018.  Rooms are clean, spacious and modern  Note that the front door to the apartment is unlocked with a old-fashioned key not swipe/NFC card. The default position for the door is to be unlocked upon opening so make sure you check your door is locked on the way out and before you go to bed!

We booked 1x3BR Penthouse, 2x2BR Executive of IXL apts, not sure we made the right decision.  But the moment we stepped into the apartments, we hv no regrets.  BIG spacious & clean hall,bed rooms & toilets.  Kitchen was the most well equipped compared with lots of other apts I stayed before.  With well equipped of utensils needed for big group, even provided salt & pepper and olive oil. We were very satisfied from check-in with helpful Michelle of the reception, 2 nights stay and easy check-out procedure. No regret at all to have chosen IXL.
