Awful experience. Guy with the long beard that ties it under his chin- is disgustingly rude. I am 24 years old and my mother is 65- I touched a carton of beer to help with my mothers back and he rufused to serve us as I had touched the alcahol and didn’t show my ID. He was extremely rude and also has refused to help me carry a carton of beer to the counter prior as it was an inconvenience to him. Would never want someone working for me who has that attitude! Get rid of him.

As liquor markets go, this is as good as any... huge range of stock, lots of special offers, friendly, helpful staff and easy parking.
If I could lower my review lower than 1 I would. Tonight we were refused service from a employee ,because we called into tavern and had a beer,with that asked to be breath tested because in no way were we intoxicated and refused I will and along with other people will be talking our business else where until the long hair pony tail elder person is no longer there.
Tried to purchase a 6 pack of ciders with my daughter who holds a Coles staff card. They asked how old my daughter was and then refused to serve me. The rational was that my daughter was under 18. I asked my daughter to leave the store and tried to buy at normal price. They again refused to serve me. I understand the desire to enforce liquor laws but this is ridiculous - I'm over 60 years old. Travelled 1km to the nearest First Choice and completed my purchase, impressed by the helpful service at Raby Bay Store. Avoid Cleveland, support Raby Bay!!!
Great friendly staff. Young lady sorry didn't catch her name advised us on some Aussie Gin - she was friendly, knowledgeable and really helpful.
Is there a better deal in store than 2020 Jules Taylor Marlborough Pinot Gris. Lovely aromatic wine, good fruit, medium bodied, great length. Excellent example of a NZ Pinot Gris. Gold medal winner only $13.30 at the moment.
Huge range to chose from and staff are helpful. Parking out front is easy and not narrow. You can buy your ice here and mixes for cocktails, softdrink buy else where! Prices are on par and they do run specials now and then. Rows and rows of wine to pick your favourite bottle. Thanks guys!
Always find what i want and sometimes a special or two... staff are great.
A great store with lots of choices, and the team are always really helpful. Special thanks to Lois for her advice and help while we choosing a gift for some good friends
