I just had the best customer service experience with a lovely staff member at the Wooloongabba store. I booked an online order for pick up and he was on the phone to me within minutes to explain a supply issue with one of the wines I ordered. He was so lovely, so patient as I spent forever deciding on a replacement. We need another million Ashs in this world! What a great brand ambassador for Dans. Always loved their variety and price of wines but this experience is just so special I just had to acknowledge Ash!
Typical Dan Murphy's, great service, great place, best prices. Always feel safe here at night unlike some other bottlos.
Thank you so much to the guy who helped me pick my graduation champagne. I have never had someone go above and beyond. He saw me in my uniform and asked what I was looking for. He was finishing up stock near the sparkling, and once I told him that I had graduated with my degree. He said I should check out the Champagne fridge. He checked all of the products and found two within my price range. He checked for the best deal and notified me of the $20 off. I wish I caught your name because you genuinely helped me celebrate. Thank you so much. Dan's at Gabba; this guy is a gem.
