This bottle shop was amazing service especially from Reid he was able to help me with choosing a liquor to suit what I prefer in drinks and it was a perfect choice! Service was great and have been back a few times still with the same incredible outcome. Thank you Reid and staff
My friend who is freshly 18 was followed around the store by a worker who was audibly moaning/grunting at them around 8pm on 10/09, this is not okay, the worker also did not check their ID which is very strange, this behaviour is inappropriate and I hope does not reflect the values of this company.
New to the area FIRST and LAST visit to this bottlo, as I ourchased an eight dollar drink with coins today $5 in gold cois and $3 in silver. I was told by the employee that the next time I return, if I try to pay with change, he won’t accept coins as payment.
I know if I duck in here they always have what I’m after!! Dan is so helpful, and gives excellent advice and is super professional!!

Great place and friendly staff..
They go the extra length to keep what you want in stock. Good service and good operating hours.
Poor customer service, ask politely about a certain wine and the staff had no clue, and instead come off rude rather than work with me to find the right wine. Better off going to BWS.
Convenience but not necessarily cheap. Grab the specials.. Can be cheaper than elsewhere. And it's 10c for a reusable plastic bag.
convenient bottle shop with friendly service. they have some good specials and local varieties.
