Good range, but no staff offered to help me find products or to lift cartons into trolley. A bit of cheerful assistance is always much appreciated.

Very rude staff member was the dragon lady  with curly hair ! If you’re having a bad day then stay home !!!! I saw a sign stating that under age kids can come in if accompanied with their parents but when i walked in she asked my son for his ID even though I told her the drinks were for me , and she raised her voice a few times telling him not to touch any drinks when he wasn’t , he’s not a baby , he’s 16 , totally not acceptable to have bad customer service like that , so I went to BWS instead and bought the same thing a lot cheaper and the customer service was amazing, no question asked , I guess I’ll be going there now , never again at Dan’s Murphy ! Without us customers you’re nothing and you keep acting like this you’ll have no customers left ! And on top of that she told me that it was the law , well get your facts right lady as I shall take legal actions against this as it is not against the law to buy some drinks for myself in a liquor store when my 16 year old is with me , as long as he’s not drinking it and he’s with his parents. That is the law in Qld so if your boss did not teach you that then you should not work in that store and give wrong information to the customers. What’s the point of having a sign outside that says under 18’s need to be accompanied by an adult and when you enter the  store the kids are then asked for ID and they won’t let us the parents  buy anything unless the kids are over 18 . Bloody ridiculous! What law is this ?? Then stop the kids entering if you feel that way ?

Typical Dan's.....  Great range and pretty decent prices.  Plenty of staff which are usually helpful and friendly.  Opening hours are convenient too.

Always good service and great range of bevvies. Didn't have guiness cans unfortunately so the misses was torn up like a paper bag in a blender but it's all good haha

Spent 15 minutes waiting around as staff tried to locate some stock. I was sent here from another store being told they had stock. The other store failed to ring ahead as they were meant to, but the Holland Park store ran around to try and help. Despite having a stock error in the end and not being able to get what I was after, I was still happy with the service I got here as the staff i dealt with were genuinely trying to help. They called around to another store until they found what I was after, good customer service.
