Actually give zero stars but system insists on at least 1. Attended store to collect click and collect order tonight. Had my 16 year old learner driver daughter drive there to build hours, also had my 18 year old daughter there with her ID. I’m in my 50’s. No one was intoxicated, in fact no one had a drink prior to going. My 18 year old decided to also buy a bottle of wine. When I went to collect my click and collect and my adult daughter went to buy her wine legally with her ID we were refused service as my other daughter was with us. Was told they can’t serve anyone who has a minor with them, and that kids should be left outside. No signage at entry to advise customers not to enter with minors with them, and hopefully no harm comes to those who are left outside so service can be provided the next time someone returns after this same instruction, probably why there is no signage as it would make the store liable. I have been to other liquor stores BWS, Liquorland, Dan Murphys and even this same first choice store but during the day prior with my children with me without incident. My advice is to shop elsewhere if you have children who are not 18 yet.

Tried calling these gooses 14 times over a 45 minute period on Tuesday 11 th Oct between 1.15 pm and 2.00 pm. Not exactly rush hour . Not 1 call answered . Pathetic service .
Good prices, lots of specials, friendly service.
Met expectations 3 stars as a chain bottle-o. Exceeded expectations in terms of availability and range of non alcoholic beers +1 star. Didn't meet expectations in terms of carpark - lines were not clearly marked, it's mostly on a slant, and realistically have to use stairs to get to and from the entrance.* -0.5 star Overall 3.5 of 5 stars - I value the non alcoholic range more than I was bothered by accessibility nuisances. *on the Eastern side there are a few "ground level" parks that don't require stairs I noticed on the way out
Terrible service and no special deals that really stood out. It's so strange because the other First Choice stores have excellent deals etc. I have been here many times in the past but I walked out without purchasing a bottle of wine! Not a fan anymore. Will not return.
Wow a really surprisingly great place. The outside is deceiving and not very inviting but once inside Its really quite nice, the staff are polite and helpful in a genuine way which is so refreshing. The thing that was shocking and eye-opening was the pokie machines and the fact that while I was there for 40 minutes at the most I saw at least six of the machines pay out and not small amounts but really good jackpots!!!!!
Big range of grog, as you'd hope for in a big store like this one.
Great range ample parking
Worst experience I’ve had with any store ever. Appallingly discriminatory service, refusing to sell one bottle of expensive wine a gift to a responsible adult. Will be my absolute last choice of liquor store, I would recommend going anywhere but here.
