Staff member took my phone to check id even though I wasn’t buying anything and was just showing him to prove I was of age and refused to return my mobile. Went to grab it back and he grabbed it and had a tug of war with me over it. Had to threaten him in order to return my property. The guy was old with glasses and clearly a mentally unstable person. Any managers or owners who wish to investigate look at the camera footage Thursday 10th August 6pmish. RSA license doesn’t give you the right to take someone’s mobile and hold into it. Let alone escalate the situation by getting physical yanking the mobile. Don’t shop here it’s unsafe.
