Good wine selection, but the customer service is underwhelming. If the bottle of wine a regular customer is looking for isn't available, maybe offer some alternatives instead of shrugging your shoulders and walking away. Especially if there's no one else in the store.

I am so impressed with this wine & craft beer store. I'm a local who lives in Hamilton. So Gasworks is really easy to shop. This store has everything that is of high quality and its so interesting to shop. If you get a chance ask for Brett who is their resident wine expert. Wow! they know there stuff. Sometimes they have wine classes and variety events going on. If you visit their website and sign up for the newseltter you will get to see all the classes. A must see for any who loves wine or beer :)

It's ok, great range of beer and wine, although the staff are pretentious and not very helpful. Spending $60 on a bottle of wine - you'd expect some level of customer service.

a thom... i did get shouted at for climbing the ladder once, but I guess for a reason, I should've read the sign saying to 'do not climb' Excellent range of craft beers.. Was told that the best craft beer shop was "malt traders" but they don't have a lot of sixpacks unlike Wine emporium where I can stock up on Founders, Stone, Mornington, Garage, Pirate beers!
