The Skew Street Cemetery was established in 1825. It operated until 1843 with most of the 265 people who died in Brisbane during that period being buried in the cemetery. After it closed it fell into disrepair and most of the above ground markers were lost or stolen. A few were exhumed and reinterred in Toowong Cemetery. The site has been repeatedly impacted by early subdivisions and buildings and even today is often used as a temporary works depot for any major project occurring nearby. In quiet times it reverts to being an anonymous small green park with a largely forgotten past.
No identifying signage that I could find! Looks like a typical small park.
Nothing to see here
