Melbourne> Adelaide A female passenger was really rude to the driver, she booked the wrong date, she blamed the company but not herself being careless. Driver allowed her To join us anyway. Later she refused to sit at assigned seat. What the hell?!!?! And she was soooo rude to the driver Mark, Mark was so kind to her and being very patient. Good job Mark. If I was you I would just ask her to get out. Her act was totally ridiculous.

I have amazing and awesome experience with express firefly. Driver kind and polite. I was mistaken in reserving melbourne to sydney instead of the contrary, but everything was settled in 5 min chrono, so now I understand why the name is "express" ;) thank you fire fly.

I travelled twice with this company and both the times the drivers from Melbourne were rude and unpolite. Moreover, the maximum weight is 20kg...I had two bags, one 15 kg and one 5 kg, so 20 kg in total but the charged me anyway because I had 2 bags instead than 1, even if the total weight was 20 kg. This company is cheap but at the end they always find a way to make you pay for something more...definetely last time with this company.
