I have been going to Fernwood Gungahlin for over a year now and I find the staff really friendly and super helpful. Everyone is approachable and you feel like to are going in to hang with friends - not just work out. Great equipment and amazing instructors :) My only wish would be that the gym was bigger so that we could fit even more amazing instructors, gym equipment and likeminded ladies in :) The place rocks!

I love Fernwood Gungahlin! I have been going for 3-4 years now. The staff are very friendly, always willing to help and point me in new directions when im lost for exercises. Thank you Fernwood team.

The service is very poor. There are always 3 or 4 staff behind the front desk talking to each other but not serving the members waiting there. When you get in or exit you have to wait more than10 minutes to sign in or return a locker key. They don't offer 24/7 access and free Wifi to the members. It is also overpriced.
