All types catered for.   Trainers at North Lyneham are fantastic.  Yes it costs more then going alone, but this makes you more accountable which is a win! Plus you learn correct technique which is vital to your progress and goals.

Boxing! it's intimidating, but not when you train here.  Everyone in class is treated with a warm welcome and is very supportive of each other.  Not only is Quinten your coach, but also your friend who pushes you beyond your comfort zone.  The boxing classes are well structured and you will learn some technical skills with a physical workout.  Not only will you leave class with a good sweat, but also making new friends.  I have been training here for almost 10 years and will continue to do so.

I started training at Flames 4 years ago (only intending to sign up for 20 weeks) but I am still there because I love it so much.  Just like they advertise, there is a trainer working with you every time you train.  They are friendly, encouraging and very knowledgeable.  You are given a personalised training program which is regularly reviewed.  The trainers will motivate and assist you with the program and they will correct your technique.  I particularly like the boxing program.  Everyone is made to feel very welcome and all experience levels are encouraged, from the complete beginner who is just looking to get fit (that was me 4 years ago) right up to the professional boxer.  Quinten is an excellent boxing coach.

I travel to Canberra every 2-3 months and thoroughly enjoy my workouts at Flames. The trainers are skilled and enthusiastic, the equipment, clean, current and well maintained. Everything I need.

The only gym I have been to where I actually like going and I have been a member there since 2005. Great trainers who can modify your program for any injuries you may have on training days.
