Welcome to Fight Smith Boxing Gym. We provide all areas of boxing training for all ages from juniors to seniors beginners to advanced.
Our boxing classes are run by COE (Centre of Excellnce) coach Andrew Smith. Andrew holds an AIBA star one qualification and has been coaching boxers from beginners to advanced for 16 years. He has travelled around Australia as well as internationally with Boxing Australia's Head coach and the National development boxing team.
We also provide Ladies only boxing fitness classes. These classes consist of: non contact boxing exercises and a majority of functional fitness, strength, agility, coordination, balance, endurance, speed and power exercises. Suitable for any females willing to have a go and enjoy themselves whilst getting fit or maintaining fitness at the same time.
These classes are run by Adriana Smith. Adriana is a qualified trainer with her level one boxing coaches certificate. She has been boxing competetivley for over 4 years. Travelled overseas for tournaments and training, won a gold medal at the 2013 Australian Boxing Championships. She continues to compete with goals to win and represant Australia at the Olympic Games.
Adriana loves the fitness industrie and is passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals.
